Inspire Papillons has produced some of the healthiest, highest-quality bloodlines of Papillon puppies in the world. In 2020, high-quality Dams and Sires from the Russian Federation Institute were carefully selected and imported to breed with some of the highest quality American Kennel Club-registered Dam and Sire bloodlines. These bloodlines incorporate European countries such as Switzerland and Germany. In 2022, we received our first American Kennel Club Quality of Care Compliance Inspection which yielded a flawless review with no deficiencies or recommendations for improvement. This superior standard of care reflects highly upon the breeders and upon the quality of care, training, and safety being provided to our Papillons. The AKC Compliance review officer found the program to be in total compliance with all the AKC Standards of Care and Record Keeping. It is also worth noting that all of our Papillons are micro-chipped.
The following is what the American Kennel Club says about breeders who have current Breeder of Merit status. “Here at the AKC, we believe in honoring responsible breeders who have gone above and beyond on health issues, temperament, and genetic screening, as well as to the individual care and placement of puppies in responsible homes. That’s why we started the AKC Breeder of Merit Program: To give breeders a way to prove their dedication to preserving breed characteristics and producing healthy, well-socialized puppies. We consider them the most conscientious and most committed breeders.” “The American Kennel Club recognizes Breeders of Merit for their dedication to breeding purebred dogs with the appearance, temperament, and abilities that are true to their breed standard, and for their commitment to health screening and 100 percent puppy registration. The AKC celebrates their success in and passion for canine sports. They are the pinnacle of the AKC community.”
